- Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds: As our payment method is exclusively Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed as cash, provided when the item is picked up or collected.
- Inspection and Processing Time: Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected by our team to ensure it meets the return criteria. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after inspection.
